Customization
Multiple local and foreign companies choose the SIAD factory to customize their products, either by producing or repacking.
Liquid Formulations
Liquid formulations are produced by mixing an oil or water-soluble active ingredient with a carrier and adding appropriate emulsifying, wetting, spreading, and stabilizing agents.
Two Formulation Units:
- Insecticides (EC, SC, ULV, etc.): Capacity of 15 MT per 8-hour shift
- Herbicides (EC, SL): Capacity of 15 MT per 8-hour shift
Three Bottling Lines:
- Two twin lines: For bottling products ranging from 50cc to 5 liters in HDPE, Coex, aluminum, or PET bottles, with induction cap sealing. Average capacity: 10 MT per 8-hour shift
- One aerosol line (AE): Average capacity: 5,000 cans per 8-hour shift
Solid Formulations
Solid formulations are manufactured by adsorbing an active ingredient onto a finely ground solid inert or other suitable carriers:
- For WP, DP, and SP: Adsorbed onto inert solids such as talc or synthetic silica, then micronized with an air jet mill to achieve a particle size of <5 μm.
- For RB, BB, and DT: Adsorbed onto wax, grain, or cellulose.
Three Formulation Units:
- WP and SP: Capacity of 30 MT per 8-hour shift
- DP: Capacity of 15 MT per 8-hour shift
- Soluble fertilizers (FT): Capacity of 20 MT per 8-hour shift
