Alphathrin is a broad-spectrum, non-systemic pyrethroid insecticide formulated for the control of a wide range of sucking and chewing insects, including aphids, leafhoppers, caterpillars and other insect pests. It acts through both contact and stomach action and is formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC).
